WEST KENSINGTON, W14
Best known as home to the Olympia Exhibition Centre and the Queen’s Club, London’s most exclusive tennis club at Barons Court, the area sounds like it is on par with the more, well heeled Kensington. However despite containing some excellent examples of Victorian architecture, the area is a more down to earth but still cosmopolitan location, with significant local population diversity including a large student population given its close proximity to several educational establishments and universities. Its proximity to Kensington does however mean the area still has its fair share of specialty shops, eateries and gastropubs.
